Their staff held our hands and helped us to get all the paperwork needed from immigration, to Covid testing and connecting flights with all our bags checked through to their charter flight from Hyderabad to Hong Kong. We had friends who took their Delhi to Hong Kong flight and same experience. Their staff are up late night to take our WhatsApp calls while we were checking in at the airport in India.
